Casaloste Wines
“A small farm with great wines.”
Casaloste has become a favorite of ours over the years. We keep their wines stocked year round, and we visit pretty much every time we’re in Chianti. Located on the Chianti Road between Greve and Panzano, they are easy to reach and make for a lovely tasting stop.
The family is wonderful, the wines are fantastic, the views are great, plus they are a BIO winery!
Matt and I keep their 20 EUR/bottle Chianti Classico bottle stocked year-round, but I love all the wines and when I place our bi-annual orders, I get a few of each. The Don Vincenzo and the Inversus are very special bottles and I love to give those as gifts.
