+ Sailing Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast

Join Sally & Matt of Slice of Tuscany and Sinisa of SweetEasy as we combine two incredible locations in a food and wine-filled trip of a lifetime. Enjoy the “slow food” lifestyle as we celebrate seasonal ingredients and local specialties paired with native and traditional grape varieties and special wines. Put your feet up and soak up the sun as we meet the locals, enjoy VIP experiences, and relax on the Adriatic sea.

Week 1: Le Marche, Italy – Villa Week

• Sat, June 17: Arrive Villa • Chef’s dinner and wine tasting overlooking the vineyards

• Sun, June 18: Morning to relax, walk the vineyards, enjoy the pool • Afternoon winery tour and private dinner with wine pairings

• Mon, June 19: Visit Ascoli Piceno for a guided walking tour • Winery tour • Chef dinner at the villa

• Tues, June 20: Cooking class lunch at the villa with chef • Live music + aperitivo evening by the pool

• Weds, June 21: Urbino - A guided tour and delicious lunch in this gorgeous Renaissance town with time to stroll and explore • Dinner at the villa

• Thurs, June 22: Visit Matelica for a stroll through the old town • Winery tour and lunch • Final meal at the villa

• Fri, June 23: Travel to Ancona stopping in the Conero area for a wine tour and tasting • Free time in Ancona • Embark overnight ferry to Croatia (private ensuite rooms with dinner and breakfast included)

Week 2: Wine + Sail Croatia

• Sat, June 24: Arrive in Split, Croatia where we meet our local guide for the week, Sinisa • Board our private yacht for the week and sail to Solta • Dinner on board yacht

• Sun, June 25: Arrive at Island of Vis for a winery tour and lunch in town • Dinner and wine tasting aboard the yacht

• Mon, June 26: Zlatni Rat morning stop for a dip in pristine waters • Arrive Island of Brač for lunch in Bol • Cooking class dinner featuring local Dalmatian cuisine

• Tues, June 27: Two winery visits on Island of Hvar with lunch in Jelsa • Dinner and entertainment aboard the yacht

• Weds, June 28: Winery visit on island of Korčula and guided tour of town • Lunch and dinner on island

• Thurs, June 29: Winery visit in Ston with lunch and oyster tasting on Pelješac peninsula • Dinner and wine tasting aboard the yacht

• Fri, June 30: Arrival in Dubrovnik with guided tour of old town • Winery visit and lunch • Dinner and wine aboard the yacht

• Sat, July 1: Breakfast on board • Check out by 9 AM

Per couple/double occupancy: $19,000
Single occupancy: $13,500

• Includes: All accommodations, food and wine experiences as described in the itinerary plus daily breakfast, all tours and experiences including transportation, winery visits and tastings, tips and gratuities, taxes. Also includes concierge assistance for your transportation and hotels both in Italy and in Croatia for before and after the group trip.

• Does not include: Flights, trip insurance, a handful of meals that overlap with free time exploring different towns and sea ports, transportation to and from the trip start and end, misc spending money

• Couple = Any two people at least 21 yrs of age who are willing to share a room and bathroom for the duration of the trip.

• Sold as a two-week package. If you wish to organize the Italy or Croatia portion as its own separate experience, or to request different dates that work best for your group, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 per bedroom is required to hold your reservation by June 30, 2022.
  Subsequent payments will be divided into two payments, payable in 2023.
  The deadline for registration is January 6, 2023.
